Introducing Digital Business Network Alliance
The Digital Business Network Alliance (DBNAlliance) has introduced an e-invoicing network, enabling businesses across the US to seamlessly exchange business documents electronically via a secure virtual platform.
DBNAlliance's electronic network operates on a four-corner model, facilitating the transmission and reception of e-documents through designated access points or service providers that link companies to the network. DBNAlliance is committed to supporting access points in integrating with the exchange framework and holds the responsibility for establishing electronic delivery standards, policies, regulations, and guidelines.
Within the exchange framework, four distinct participant types form the core of the four-corner network: the supplier, two access points (also referred to as service providers), and the buyer.
