Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will be applied at the start of your next billing cycle.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit (at 80% and 90%). You can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional message credits as needed.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and offer invoice billing for Enterprise plans with annual contracts.
No setup fees for Starter and Pro plans. Enterprise plans may include a one-time onboarding fee depending on your requirements and customization needs.
